Washington health officials reported over 375 new COVID-19 cases Friday, as the state nears the 70,000 total case threshold. The Washington Department of Health reported 390 new COVID-19 cases, 69 more hospitalizations and 13 additional deaths Friday. State officials said there have been 69,779 COVID-19 cases, 6,469 hospitalizations and 1,850 deaths since the pandemic began.
A total of 16,770 positive cases of COVID-19 among Delaware residents have been reported to DPH since March 11, 2020, including 8,839 individuals who are considered recovered. For the second week in a row, the number of new daily COVID-19 cases remained below 100 per day.
